Did you know that in 1942 the average person got almost 8 hours of sleep a night? That figure now stands at 6.8 hours, which is why we're encouraging you to shut those weary eyes and improve your daytime productivity now!

Businesses everywhere know what it's like when staff are tired, worse yet then CEO is tired - there's an "I'm too tired to care" attitude or "Ooh look a cat photo" type of distraction about the day.

However, what is the real impact on both your work and your body? You might be surprised at just how much that late Game of Thrones marathon or video game session costs you...
